CONTRACT TERMS
1. Registration - The deployment of this application, completed in its entirety will result from the transport of ADR Center in an e-mail confirming receipt of which the participant will have 3 days to pay the registration fee . On expiry of this deadline, registration will be renounced. The registration is finalized at the time of receipt by the ADR Center of the participation fee.

2. Participation fee and payment methods --
Payment must be made by bank transfer on the current account follows within 3 days from receipt of the e-mail confirmation. A copy of the transfer will be sent by fax to 06 6919.0408.

3. Timing and modalities of withdrawal - The writing may withdraw at any time. The cancellation by fax at least 10 calendar days before the start of the course are entitled to a refund of the fee paid. Beyond this period no refund will be made and the amount will be invoiced.

4. Changes to the program - ADR Center reserves the right to postpone or cancel their planned course, by giving notice to the participants via fax or e-mail within 5 working days before the start date. In that case, its only obligation is to refund the amount received at no extra charge. Also in the course started, ADR Center has also the power to change, to organizational needs, the program, the place, times and to replace the teachers listed with other peer training.

5. Clause Conciliation and Forum - Any dispute concerning the implementation, interpretation or termination of this contract the parties agree to groped before any other action, the resolution of the dispute Bonaria through a conciliation procedure administered by a body of those subscribers in the Register of the Ministry of Justice. In case of subsequent appeal to the judicial process is the jurisdiction of Rome.

6. Privacy - In accordance with art. 13 D. No Lgs. 196/2003, we inform you that personal data collected will be treated, including by electronic means, directly and / or through third parties for the preparation of the list of participants to the course in question, accounting for the charge on shares and for sending information on the initiatives of ADR Center.
