Client Advisers
Our Client Advisers are ADR specialists at your disposal. The following is a list of activities our Client Advisors are pleased to be able to offer:
- Drafting and adapting ADR contractual clauses to meet your needs, tailoring assistance to the value of the dispute (small claims or high stakes disputes), the type of contract (standard or ad hoc contracts) the parties (B2C or B2B), nationality, and the existence of an insurance policy covering the cost of the ADR procedure.
- Coordinating the initiation of pilot projects for ADR users to resolve lingering disputes through mediation (e.g., selection of 100 ongoing disputes and invitation of the counterparties to the mediation.
- Selecting, with the client’s input, the most appropriate DR procedure to use to resolve the dispute for the specific contract.
- Organizing presentations and lectures for DR users (companies and law firms). Designing and developing Conflict Management Systems (CMS) to ensure the smooth operation of business concerns.
- Aiding in the development of ADR Departments within law firms and organizing training courses in Mediation Advocacy.
