Our efficient and qualified Case Managers support the parties during execution of the ADR procedure chosen. In particular, the Case Manager performs the following activities:


  • Upon request of a party, contacts the counterparty, or counterparties (with or without the existence of a contractual clause)
  • If necessary, organizes a preliminary meeting with the counterparty and his consultants/counsel to explain the procedure
  • Compiles a list of candidates for the role of third party neutral and submits it to the parties
  • After the appointment of the third party neutral, contacts the parties in order to organize the ADR session
  • Supports the third party neutral in the gathering of documents and memoranda useful for the ADR session
  • Manages the documents needed in the event of an ODR (Online Dispute Resolution)
  • Coordinates logistics
  • Supports the third party neutral during the session(s)
  • Assesses the quality of the procedure with the use of predetermined criteria (time, cost, agreement percentages, party satisfaction)
