Neutrals
ADR Center neutrals are on the cutting edge of dispute resolution procedure and practice, and must continually update their training.
ADR Center's panel of neutrals includes only professionals who, after intensive and rigorous examination, have demonstrated the capability for this role. The prerequisites for selection are thorough preparation, extensive experience in the management of ADR procedures, and a specialization in at least one of the company's areas of focus. The neutrals' performances are continuously monitored by ADR Center supervisors and through client feedback.
