ADR procedures for ongoing disputes
ADR Center's efficient and professional Case Management Service (casemanagement@adrcenter.it) is ready to fulfill any party's request for information or clarification, as well as provide a timeframe, concerning any of our procedures.
To initiate an ADR procedure, please contact one of our Case Managers by calling +39 06 693 800 04, or sending an e-mail to casemanagement@adrcenter.it. Alternatively, you may complete and send to ADR Center the appropriate form among those indicated below.
Mediation
To begin a mediation procedure, simply download and complete the Green Form and send it via fax to +390 66919.0408 or e-mail to casemanagement@adrcenter.it.
If all the parties to a dispute agree on mediation or there is a contractual clause providing for it, parties may simply contact the Case Management Service at the number or e-mail address listed above. A Case Manager will promptly send the Blue Form to formalize the commencement of mediation.
