By implementing an appropriate selection of these services, ADR Center can deliver to the client a “turnkey” mediation center suited to its particular needs. We can help to create any of the following types of mediation center:
- Multi-Door Courthouse or Court-Connected Mediation Center. A mediation center set up in cooperation with a court, and endorsed by it to resolve disputes brought to the mediation center in lieu of further litigation (to allow for variations, the term we use is broader than but inclusive of “Court Referred” and “Court-Annexed”).
- Mediation Center within Chamber of Commerce. Within the premises of an existing Chamber of Commerce, this type of mediation center is usually dedicated to resolving disputes concerning small and medium enterprises.
- Mediation Center within Trade, Industry or Employment Association. A mediation center specialized in a particular industry, promoted by an association or other relatively impartial authority, which deals with legal disputes among their associates, or between their associates and clients or other stakeholders (e.g. financial, banking, employment, etc..).
- Mediation Center within Lawyers’ Association. A service that a Bar Association can organize within their own premises or separately and offer to clients.
- Mediation Center on Family Disputes. A center dedicated to resolving family disputes, such as separation, divorce, child custody and related matters.
- Mediation Center within a City or Community. A center created on a neighborhood or city-wide level to resolve a wide variety of small claims.
- Private Mediation Center. A center which is privately owned, usually by lawyers or entrepreneurs, and which administers cases from the relatively small to the highly complex in a variety of sectors of disputing.
- General ADR Center (mediation and arbitration centers). A mediation center that also administers arbitration services or, alternatively, an existing arbitration provider that would like to add mediation services.
