Mediation

Dispute Review Board

Early Neutral Evaluation
An ADR Center expert chosen by the parties provides them with a technical, non-binding evaluation of the likely outcome of their dispute in court, thereby encouraging early settlement of the case. Early Neutral Evaluation is particularly recommended for highly-technical controversies.
Med-Arb
A two-phase process whereby a dispute is finally resolved at a predetermined cost and time by means of arbitration in the event that the parties do not reach agreement through mediation.
